BRC Gas Equipment is
a trademark owned by the M.T.M. s.r.l. Co. located in Cherasco (CN), Via
La Morra, 1 - Italy.
With the trademark
BRC Gas Equipment, the M.T.M. Co. has been producing for more than
twenty years systems to convert vehicles from petrol to LPG/CNG.
BRC Gas Equipment is
now a world leader in the construction and sale of gas components for
automotive use, complying with stringent standards in several nations.
The "know-how
integration" of every phase of product development is considered a
strategic part of the process, fostering in this manner considerable
long term advantages in terms of flexibility and rapidity; the quality
level is backed by a UNI EN ISO 9001:1994 certification.
Further to the recent
enforcement of the new EEC/UNO R67- 01 norms, BRC Gas Equipment
has developed and approved a complete range of LPG automotive
components able to successfully get through the very stringent tests it
contemplates.

The Parts of Gas Kit
are,
CNG Valves
The CNG cylinder
valve "VB A1", whose dimensions are particularly reduced, combines
the following functions: on-off valve and container for conveying any
leaks outside. It is manufactured in different versions, according to
the standards in force in the Country where it will be sold.
The CNG refuelling
valve "BRC A3" enables the refuelling as well as the free passage of
the feeding flow. In the version “BRC A3/R” it is possible to cut out
the gas flow going to the reducer operating on the tap existing on the
valve.
In the version “BRC
A3/E” the tap is replaced by a solenoid valve that enables the
safety-car function, contemplated by the modern BRC changeover and
control electronic units. The safety-car function opens the solenoid
valve while starting up and closes it in the event of the engine being
turned off accidentally, even if the ignition key is not in its closing
position.
To satisfy and
increase the conversion possibility, BRC offers a wide range of
refueling connections.
Mixers
BRC Gas Equipment produces a wide range of mixers specifically devised
for each car. The mixers are made according to the room available inside
the engine compartment, the original passage sections and the feeding
type (LPG or CNG). It is available a special guide for the choice of the
mixer which fits each car.
Electronic Components
BRC Gas Equipment
produces a wide range of electronic components necessary to convert
vehicles to gas such as, for example, the Petrol/Gas changeover ECUs
both for electronic injected and carburetor vehicles. Latest novelty in
this sector is the Sunny ECU, a changeover unit for gas systems
based on a micro-controller, configurable both for carburetor and
injected vehicles. Its body assures, together with the new harness, high
tightness and compactness, as well installation facility
LPG Tanks
BRC Gas Equipment
commercializes with its trademark a wide range of LPG tanks, from the
classical cylindrical to the innovating ring-shaped tanks with outside
ring-nut at 0° and inside ring-nut at 30°.

The BRC tanks can be installed with the Europa Multivalve and are
manufactured with advanced materials and state-of-the-art technologies,
to assure quality, safety and reliability, in compliance with the very
stringent 67R-01 European regulation.
The BRC Europa
Multivalve fixing threads do not need any reworking and finishing
operations; the tank inside cleaning is particularly careful, in order
to enable the installer’s quick and safe installation.
Cylindrical tanks:
The classical LPG tanks are installed in wide boots or should autonomy
be favored to the loading space.
LPG and CNG Reducers
The BRC AT90 LPG reducers are manufactured in the following versions:
Pneumatic (AT90P), Electro-assisted (AT90E) and Turbo (AT90E turbo). The
AT90P reducer is the ideal solution to convert carburetor vehicles
because it is a largely tested product with an excellent quality/price
ratio. The electro-assisted AT90E reducer is requisite to convert
electronic injected vehicles. It is also excellent for carburetor
vehicles. It is provided with refined sensibility and idle speed
adjustments. Directly obtained from the electro-assisted version, the
AT90E turbo reducer is suitable to convert supercharged vehicles.
